"OJO DESIGN LIMITED" graphics, logos and service names are trademarks of OJO DESIGN LIMITED and said trademarks may only be used by OJO DESIGN LIMITED and shall not be used in connection with any product or service that is not expressly authorized by OJO DESIGN LIMITED or in any manner that is likely to cause consumer confusion or in any manner that disparages or discredits OJO DESIGN LIMITED.

 

COLORS AND TEXTURES

 

OJO DESIGN LIMITED attempts to assure that the display of the colors and textures of our products that appear on the Site as accurate as reasonably possible. However, as the actual colors and textures you see will depend on your monitor and printer, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. In addition, fabrics and materials tend to have dye lot inconsistencies which could also alter the appearance of a color. For wood materials (wooden blinds and woven wood blinds), please note that its natural composition may cause slight warping and/or fading over time as well as, variations in color and grain - all of which are considered normal characteristics. OJO DESIGN LIMITED and the manufacturers of our products expressly reserve the right to alter, change or amend the products sold on the Site.

 

TERMS OF SALE

 

All signage / fixture purchased from OJO DESIGN LIMITED are custom made to the customer's specifications and measurements submitted to OJO DESIGN LIMITED  by the customer. All purchases must be paid in full at the point of sale. There are no changes, cancellations, or returns without the express written permission of OJO DESIGN LIMITED. (Please know, if a credit is ever granted to the customer for a return or cancellation - there will be a 5% processing fee of the credited amount.)

 

PROMOTIONS AND SALES

 

From time to time, OJO DESIGN LIMITED may offer different sales and/or promotions.  Please note that, promotions cannot be combined with other promos or sales, and any exclusive promotion can only be used by the recipient of the exclusive promotion.

 

AFFILIATE SALES

 

Affiliates of OJO DESIGN LIMITED are not allowed to bid on search engines on any brand terms related to OJO DESIGN LIMITED without the express written permission of OJO DESIGN LIMITED.

The risk of loss and title for products shipped by or from OJO DESIGN LIMITED pass to you upon The OJO DESIGN LIMITED delivery to the carrier.
